Privacy Policy – NEWJEE
1. Data We Collect
1.1 Authentication Data
When you create an account or log in, we collect the information necessary to authenticate you through Supabase. This may include:
- Email address
- Username
- Profile information (e.g. avatar)
- Analysis results generated within the service
This data is stored in our database and retained indefinitely unless you request deletion (see Section 6).
1.2 IP Addresses
We do not actively track or store IP addresses.
- Supabase authentication middleware may process IP information only as part of normal session handling.
- Server logs may incidentally record IP addresses, which is standard behaviour for all web servers. These logs are not used for analytics or tracking.
2. Cookies
Newjee uses only essential session cookies, strictly for authentication via Supabase.
- No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are used.
- Session cookies expire when you log out or when your session naturally ends.
3. Analytics and Third-Party Tracking
We do not use Google Analytics or any similar tracking tool. No tracking pixels, scripts, or behavioural analytics are integrated in Newjee.
4. Data Storage and Retention
User Data
User account data (email, username, profile details, avatars, and analysis results) is stored in our database.
- This data is retained indefinitely.
- There is no automated deletion or formal retention schedule.
- You may request manual deletion at any time (see Section 6).
4.2 Cached Data
Temporary cache entries may be created to improve performance.
- Cached data automatically expires based on predefined TTL (time-to-live) settings.
5. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data exclusively to:
- Provide and maintain authentication
- Deliver the core features of the Newjee service
- Ensure the proper functioning and security of the platform
We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
6. Your Rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Request access to your stored data
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible.
